Dave Esterkamp
Professional Basketball Career
Dave played professional basketball for 13 years throughout Europe, playing in France, Germany, Austria, and for 6 seasons for Fribourg Olympic in Switzerland. His professional career included 5 championships, 7 cup titles, and MVP awards in both Austria and Switzerland. As a Founder of The Ranch and an Elite Coach, Dave's focus is on helping young athletes develop strong basketball skills along with the knowledge and awareness to be successful on and off the court. Dave enjoys teaching young athletes to achieve their goals through a players eyes.
High School and College Basketball
Dave played high school basketball at Cincinnati LaSalle and won a state championship in 1996. His high school honors include Player of the Year for the city of Cincinnati, and MVP of the Ohio state tournament. After high school, Dave received a full scholarship to play basketball at Bowling Green University under coach Jim Larranaga, and then for Dan Dakich. He graduated from Bowling Green in 2000 with All Conference honors and more than 1000 points scored for his collegiate career.

Jenna Rubino McCormick
Professional Basketball Career
Jenna played 3 years of professional basketball for the WNBA Chicago Sky and Italy. After her career was cut short due to injuries, she turned her passion into developing young athletes. She has been involved with basketball coaching at various levels, running camps, and helping players improve their fundamentals and develop their games. Besides coaching at The Ranch, Jenna is currently a School Counselor at Shepard High school and resides in Frankfort.
High School and College Basketball
Jenna played basketball for Lincoln Way East in Frankfort, Illinois, where she still holds shooting records. After graduation in 2003, Jenna's basketball career continued with a scholarship to DePaul University in Chicago, where she played for legendary coach, Doug Bruno. During her playing career at DePaul, she was a Big East All-Conference player and Team Captain. Jenna was also an Academic All-American and won the Big East Sportsmanship Award as a senior. She finished her career with 1,314 point, 552 rebounds, 319 assists, and 184 steals. Jenna is number 9 at DePaul with 175 career three-point field goals made. She helped lead DePaul to their first ever Sweet Sixteen appearance in the NCAA Tournament. After her successful college career, Jenna was drafted by the WNBA Chicago Sky.

Jawad Adekoya

Jawad has played basketball professionally for the past 3 years in China, Italy, and Great Britain. He has been a regular starter and averaged double digits in multiple seasons. He is an exceptionally hard worker and uses many different training techniques to hone his basketball skills. As a Coach, Jawad greatly enjoys showing young players how to perfect their game.
High School and College Basketball
Jawad played high school basketball at Andrew High School in Tinley Park, Illinois. He was a two year letterman and as a senior he led the team to an IHSA 4A Regional Championship. Jawad spent his first 2 collegiate years at Kankakee Community College where in his second year he shot 49.4% from three-point range which ranked 7th in the country for NJCAA Division I and 86.8% from the free throw line to rank 12th. Jawad averaged 13.3 points a game as a sophmore at KCC and he received a scholarship to finish his career at Chicago State University. As a junior and senior at Chicago State Jawad was a key contributor on the squad.

Jubril is in his second pro season in Europe. He has played the last two seasons overseas in Spain for the CB Penas Huesca Club, which plays in Spain's LEB Oro. His passion for playing basketball is only exceeded by his passion for training and helping young athletes excel at the game he loves.
High School and College Basketball
Jubril played for Andrew High School in Orland Park, Illinois, graduated in 2012, and was a four year letterman for the Thunderbolts. He finished his high school career as the programs all time leading scorer and rebounder, as well as earning All-Conference, All-Area, and All-State honors.
After a highly successful high school career, Jubril continued his career with a full ride scholarship to play basketball for Valpraiso. As a freshman, he played in 34 games and started 24 for the Crusaders. As a sophmore, Jubril had the opportunity to play in the NCAA tournament and was named the 6th Man of the Year for the Horizon League.

Bill is a lifelong baseball player and long time coach. He played his high school baseball at nearby Marist High School, then continued his career at Hillsdale College in Michigan. After college, Bill played competitively into his 30's, while also serving as his teams hitting coach for the teams collegiate players.
Bill began his coaching career immediately after high school working for the Chicago White Sox Training Academy. For the White Sox, he has been a camp leader, private instructor and satellite academy director. He also has 6 years experience coaching at the high school level and has given thousands of lessons.
Bill believes in developing a player's confidence, a growth mindset, aggressive approach and functional movement patterns are at least just as important baseball specific skills.

Kacyee Hart

Coach Kacyee Hart holds a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, the number one ranked DPT program in the country. Looking to combine her passion for athletics and medicine, she underwent training at renowned facilities in association with Creighton University and Champion Sports Medicine (Birmingham, Al), working with collegiate and professional athletes for both injury rehabilitation and sports performance.
High School and College Career
Kacyee played high school softball locally at Lincoln-Way East. As the starting pitcher and hitter at the varsity level for 3 consecutive years, she assisted LWE to a 2012 conference championship during her senior season. In addition to pitching, she was utilized as a middle infielder and utility player through her travel ball career. Continuing her softball career at Western Illinois University, Kacyee was the starting pitcher all four years for the WIU Leathernecks. Despite focusing on pitching alone during her junior and sophomore year, she returned to the plate in her final season hitting .375 .
